Customs Fees for International Shipments

When shipping orders internationally, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional charges are calculated based on the item type and its value. They are usually due once the parcel arrives in the country of destination.

For this reason, we'd like to emphasize that the buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes, and customs requirements including tax, special fees, or costs associated with importing products that are purchased from Mumsy & Bub and then shipped internationally.

Mumsy & Bub cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. Such responsibility which may be imposed by the country of destination will rest with the customer.

Also, please note that shipping times may vary per country. Due to customs delays and other factors that are absolutely out of our control, orders may take longer than the usual shipping times. Mumsy & Bub may not be held responsible for any delays that may occur in relation to this.
