Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mumsy & Bub. The following are the terms and the conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are only shipped on business days, from Monday – Friday only. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more for additional processing time prior to shipment. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

After your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order in our facility.

Orders that are system flagged (SF) may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

All expedited orders require a street address.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

We are required to declare the exact value of all items inside the package and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as “gift” for export purposes.

Shipping within Australia

For Express delivery, shipping fee is AUD $15. Items ordered before 2:00 PM AEST will leave our facility at the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will leave our facility the next business day.
For Standard delivery, shipping fee is AUD $10. Standard orders will be out for delivery from our facility within 1-4 business days. Standard Australia Post parcel delivery schedule applies when your order leaves our facility.

Tracking your order

Once we have confirmed your order and shipped it out for delivery, we will email you with information on your order’s tracking number. Please allow 24 hours before the tracking information accurately reflects your parcel’s status.

Receiving your order

Please be present should your parcel finally arrives. If this is not possibly, assign a representative who can accept the parcel on behalf of you. Either way someone must be present to sign the parcel as received.
